A composer and friend of mine premiered one of her works at the National Center for Korean Traditional Performing Arts. We all went together and met her family, and we brought Haenee (our niece; one of the kids' cousins). The wonderful thing is that they provide childcare for performances in the large concert hall. So, my friend dropped her daughter off there and we dropped our boys off there. The boys were a little hesitant at first. but they seemed to have a good time. They made little drums and got to watch "Sleeping Beauty." Afterwards, we all went out to dinner in our neighborhood (my friend lives in the same apartments as us and her older daughter goes to school with Dahin).
