Dahin turned 8 on November 4! It's taken me a while to get back into blogging--this month has been hellaciously busy. But, now that the holidays are rolling around, things are slowing considerably. I've posted some pictures here from her birthday party. We decided to go all out and have her party at Kids 'n' Dance. I was away on her actual birthday, so felt very guilty. I decided it was worth having a big blow-out birthday party; plus, it's difficult having a party these days because, if kids aren't invited someone gets their feelings hurt. We invited all the girls in her class and a couple of old friends.
The theme was "High School Musical," and the teacher taught them a few dances from the movie. The girls knew all of the songs. It was so fun to watch them sing along with the songs and do their dance moves. I think all of the kids had a great time. For more shots, go to:
