Oliver Channels Julia Child

Oliver demonstrates the proper way to eat galbi (minus the chunk of raw garlic).  You can almost hear Miss Julia espousing, "A good cook must always taste one's creations because a truly good cook likes what one makes.  And, oooh, if it's too big for your mouth, never mind, just enjoy it anyway.  The more the better, I always say!"
